Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship items: Processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after order confirmation
- Custom and made-to-order pieces: Require 2–4 months for production prior to shipment
All timelines are estimates and may vary depending on availability and order volume.
Shipping & Insurance
All orders are shipped fully insured to ensure protection during transit.
Shipping and insurance costs are calculated at checkout based on the value of the item and delivery location.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, R Masson Brilliance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended packages.
If you require additional delivery security (such as signature confirmation or held pickup), please contact us prior to shipment.
Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including repair or replacement where applicable.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing.
R Masson Brilliance is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.
