Terms & Conditions – R Masson Brilliance

Welcome to R Masson Brilliance (“RMB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or purchasing from us.


1. Product Information

We strive to present all products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, specifications, and imagery. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and photography.

All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.

Certain items may include certification documentation. Where applicable, certification fees will be included in the total purchase price unless otherwise stated.


2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information.

All payments are subject to verification and approval. If we are unable to process your payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with local regulations.


3. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped fully insured for security during transit.

  • Standard Orders: Typically ship within 5–7 business days
  • Custom Orders: May require 2–4 months for production and delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, R Masson Brilliance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended packages. We strongly recommend ensuring secure delivery arrangements for high-value items.


4. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and documentation must be included

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with exchanges.


6. Damaged Items & Repairs

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting proof (photos/videos).

We offer complimentary repairs for verified damage reported within 14 days of delivery. After this period, repair services may incur additional charges.

Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us for repair; we will cover the return shipping once the repair is complete.


7. Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours:

  • Cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • Modifications may not be guaranteed and could incur additional charges

8. Custom Orders

All custom-made pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipping.


9. Warranty & Authenticity

R Masson Brilliance guarantees the authenticity and quality of all diamonds and jewelry sold.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Repairs or modifications performed by third parties

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R Masson Brilliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.


11. Intellectual Property & Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or materials submitted to us may be used by R Masson Brilliance without restriction or compensation.


12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
